"As you can imagine, it was an unbelievable experience to play with an iconic Rock Band that I grew up listening to. In fact, in 1976 I saw them in live in Buffalo. If my friend would have said “You are going to play with those guys one day” I would have said, “Are you high” – which we probably were. It was a rollercoaster ride for sure. Rockin’ in front of 4,000 to 55,000 fans per night, staying in Ritz Carlton Hotels, riding in million-dollar tour buses and making some serious cash!! As equally as it was amazing, it was devastating when it ended. Luckily, I made it through the tough times and somehow (by hard work) reinvented myself. I am blessed to have an amazing life with my lovely wife Bonnie and our whippets Brunello & Jaco."

Paul Cullen's career seamlessly blends his passions for music, culinary arts, and fine wines. As the former bassist for Bad Company in the early 1990s, touring Europe deepened his appreciation for fine food and wine.
In 2014, Paul transitioned from the stage to the kitchen, launching a private chef business that quickly gained acclaim. His culinary expertise and engaging personality make his in-home dining experiences highly sought after. As a certified sommelier and Italian wine importer, he expertly pairs each course with the perfect wine.
Building on his knowledge and relationships with top Italian winemakers, Paul introduced his own private-label wine brand. His portfolio features seven distinctive wines, including Lambrusco d'Emilia IGT, Roero Arneis DOCG, and Barbera d'Asti DOCG, now available in 43 states.
Beyond food and wine, Paul remains dedicated to music, offering intimate performances that blend his musical and culinary talents. He also co-founded a nonprofit supporting young adults in the arts, reflecting his passion for nurturing talent.
